Getting started

Open hosting.haak.co and sign in with your email address and password. Hosting uses your email address as your login; there is no separate username.

  • Forgot your password? Use Forgot password on the sign-in page. You will receive a link by email to set a new one.
  • Two people, one account? Accounts are per person. Once you have a Hosting account, ask a Company Admin to use Members → Add member with your email address. Share company access rather than a login so the activity log records who did what.

If your account can see more than one company, a company switcher appears in the header. Hosting is scoped to one company at a time, and each company has its own members, environments and activity history.

Choose an environment

Everything you manage sits inside an environment: one company's isolated place to run its applications. Open Hosting → Environments to see the environments your company has. Selecting one opens its Overview, and the sidebar then offers that environment's destinations — Applications, Domains, Databases, SFTP & SSH, Backups, Logs and Settings.

The environment you choose is remembered per company and per browser, so returning to Hosting puts you back where you were. It never changes which environment a link points to: every environment link names its own environment.

Find anything from the keyboard

Press ⌘K (or Ctrl K) anywhere in the application to open the command palette. It lists exactly the destinations your permissions allow, grouped the way the sidebar groups them, and jumps straight to one. It never performs a change — consequential actions such as cancelling hosting, resetting an administrator password or applying a resource change always keep their own review step.

Change the theme

The Light / Dark / System control sits in the top-right of the page and applies to your current browser. It does not sync to your other devices. These documentation pages follow the same choice.

What you need before an application exists

An environment and its applications are created for you as part of onboarding. Once your environment exists, you can change its applications' addresses, administrator passwords and resource allocation yourself. Creating a brand-new environment is still a conversation with us — see Support.
